Name: Minimum six characters, maximum sixty characters. Valid characters include only upper and lower case letters, numbers, spaces, and dashes.

Password: Minimum eight characters, maximum sixty characters. Valid characters are the same as the user name, plus apostrophe, pound, ampersand, at sign and dash symbols. Additionally your password must include at least three of the four types of characters (lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, symbols).
