We managed to pluck a little over three ounces of tea leaves from the dozen plants growing in the orchard along with new shoots from the transplants and tea plants still in the winter box.

I split them up into three batches and processed them using the processing tips posted on the Minto Tea Company's website.

Green, oolong and black.
