Started transferring fish to the new Aquaponics system and transplanted some seedlings as well. I may have waited too long into the fall to do this since I didn't add any insulation or heat for the new system. If the plants grow too slowly, it will likely become more of a holding tank than an Aquaponics system.
I made some hop infused dark chocolate truffles. Stephanie also made a mixed berry pie. They both turned out great!
Had a few elk wander through the property earlier this month, although they do consistently slip away well before daylight at my place.
We picked about four pounds of Chanterelles from behind the house and Stephanie made a mushroom tart with some of them. The fritters that we she made later were even tastier!
