Oregon Truffle Tryst - Camping

Camping: Available for $4.25 per person, for three or more.
Camping is available over several large areas on the property for $6 for an individual, $5 per person for two, and $4.25 per person for three or more per night. The "truffle tree" area is suitable for hammocks. Arrival time is generally after 2PM. Departure time is generally by Noon. Please note that normal trail etiquette is required, meaning if you pack it in, please pack it out. Restroom trash cans are for paper ONLY. We do not have garbage service and it would be both expensive and time consuming to make regular trash runs to nearby towns. Your cooperation is appreciated! A number of basic camp chairs and one, or possibly two, picnic tables are available.

Showers: Available for $5 per person ($10 / person if not camping).
The ADA compliant restroom has a hot water shower that is available if you are camping, for an additional $5 per person. If not camping, it is $10 per person. The shower price includes a towel and wash cloth. A hamper is provided for the used towels. Shower times are not scheduled, so easy availability is dependent on the number of campers using the facilities on any given day.

Toiletry Packs: Available for $2.75 per person.
There is usually a bulk dispenser of body and hair soap left in the shower area for everyones use. A toiletry pack, at $2.75 per person, is usually available that consists of a single use shampoo, rinse, and cold process homemade soap. Note that we hope to provide the shampoo and rinse in temporary cardboard tubes for sustainability (but that will eventually soak through). They can be rinsed and disposed of in the restroom paper trash can.

Other Services: Wifi, Electric.
A wifi guest connection is available 24/7 free of charge. We have an electric outlet in one restroom and one in the field for charging devices.

Optional Services: May conditionally be available.
Although our barn is not open to the public due to the many hazards that may be too numerous for which to offer complete safety warnings, it does contain a fridge and a hot plate that may be available.

You do not need to make a reservation to stay with us, but here are a few reasons why you may want to do so.

THIS will link to a few pics of the restrooms, some of the fields and wooded areas for camping, along with links to other areas of our farm website.

PLEASE NOTE: Open fires are generally NOT PERMITTED at any time between June 1st and November 1st due to forest fire danger. Exceptions amy be made if fires are not banned during that period.

Optional Services Coming?

We will, hopefully, have more improvements in the future. The timeframe depends on the economy which is not looking real good at the moment.
