Oregon Truffle Tryst Farms has been working on growing a tea crop. This has proved elusive due to voles destroying most plants put in the ground. Protected beds in progress.		The OTT Aquaponics is an organically grown vegetable and herb system. It is usually under (re)construction and in the past has mostly been an experimental endeavor.

TruffleTryst 'Other' Mushrooms		TruffleTryst Truffière
OTT is starting an indoor mushroom cultivation area along with also starting mushrooms grown on our own Alder logs outdoors. Initial varieties will be oyster and shiitake (the simpler ones).		The OTT Truffière is an attempt to create an Oregon Black Truffle truffière. Innoculated trees have been growing since 2008 with limited results.
