Aqua Inventory & Tea Seedlings

Regardless of how conscientious I try to be when recording crop starts, transplants, and harvests, my tracking program and reality tend to differ over time. After realizing that, I added an inventory routine into my program. I usually take a hard copy on a clipboard into the Aqua house since it is often too bright to use an electronic device.
I have a number of tea seedlings started last summer that I wintered over in a hot box in the hoop house. They seem to have survived the winter without difficulties. However, as the weather warmed up, I started getting some problems. It was suggested to me that the seedlings with leaves almost completly brown, were probably sunburn or drying out under hot conditions.
I'm still pretty concerned with the numbers that are beginning to show brown spots on the leaves. I've shot off a note to the OSU extension service to see if anyone there has any experience with tea. In the meantime, I'll probably start a regimen of Greencure or similar as it looks like a bacterial or fungal infection. But with my little experience, that's just a guess.
I transplanted the tea seedlings into poly bags last summer as the tea plants want to send down tap roots and my little 4" pots did not give them any room for that. Next time I'll directly seed into the ground, or at least into poly bags. You can see the roots are extended down the bags for all of the seedlings and are already coming out the bottom.
