The Andean tubers that we planted last year as an experiment did pretty well. The Oca was poorest performer but still managed to give up a sample set of seed tubers to re-plant this year.

The Yacon are as large as sweet potatoes, grew well, and taste great. Unfortunately, they do not store well at all ... or at least I don't know how to store them. They preserve fairly well in the ground if you keep them from freezing (pile up dirt) but turn to mush after a short time in the fridge.
