I've been working on an aeroponics chamber for some time, although it keeps getting ignored for long periods of time. I decided to, at least, make it functional since I had the parts on hand. So I put together the timer, pump, pressure regulator, etc. and assembled the unit in the aqua house. This is, or will be, primarily used to clone plants for expanding our 'food forest'. It is, supposedly, ideal for woody cuttings.

Since it is starting plants from cuttings, it needs to be placed in a warm area with some controlled humidity and indirect light. The aqua house is not ideal as it gets much too warm on sunny days and the light is way too intense for fragile seedlings. I'll have to build a small area for it, possibly in the workroom of the barn that is already insulated. Hopefully that will be before summer is over.

Sadly, the destruction of our young tea plants has continued without respite. It still looks like gophers, but I have not yet caught one.

Our newest tea plants, that should by now be getting transplanted into larger containers are still on hold. I added an opaque sunshade (left over, unused, insulated blanket) to protect them for now.
