New Aqua House Fabric, Batteries and Tea

On the 24th of November, Stephanie and I replaced the greenhouse fabric on the Aqua House with a new double layer. I also installed the inflator fan. The video below the inflator fan pic is a little slideshow of us installing the plastic.
After setting up some of the LiFePO4 batteries for the satellite dish backup in the field, and another set for the router in the house, I've been adding all of the rest into a bank so that they can be constantly maintained. They are much too slow to top off individually. I'll eventually hook them up to a couple solar panels on the barn roof or down at the aqua house. You might notice the wires are not very hefty, but I only plan to run a combination of devices less than 300 watts at any given time. If higher wattages are needed later, I'll spend the money to get thicker wire connectors at that time. By the way, these are old Valence Lithium 12RT batteries. The company no longer exists. It would be a great help if anybody has the unit or software to connect to these batteries, for borrow, rent or buy.
I had left these tea plants to be overgrown with weeds since last year. Since they were getting eaten by voles underground, I hoped that having a large amount of weeds around them would keep them from being the only food source in that plot. So far, it seems to have helped, a lot. We decided to pull some of the weeds late this summer and into winter, since there were a large amount of blackberries trying to take over. I was a bit concerned that we would damage a lot of the plants by exposing them to the very cold weather, rather than leaving them protected by the weeds and grass. They appear to be tolerating the cold weather well. The second patch by the road is much worse for being overgrown, especially by blackberries. It was a blackberry patch before we cleared it for the tea. Without staying after the new blackberry shoots coming up, it got overgrown with them very fast.
